2.    Ministry sharing/updates (Caleb)

• Proposed alternative ministry matrix--see minutes below.
• Proposed cell/life groups structure parallel to current fellowship groups (see attachment). Response: time needed; how to divide into groups; how to go parallel with current fellowship groups; perhaps forms small groups within fellowship groups. Will have separate meetings to discuss this further.
• Proposed installing new LCD projector in sanctuary closer to podium.

3.    Sharing on BOE responsibilities and 2012 Church ministry priority

• Ming shared about the focus of BOE
• Need separate meeting to discuss vision

4.    Elders work assignments for 2012

• Chaw-Bing - membership, COM support/advisor
• K.C. - CBE project, bylaws revision study
• David - evangelistic meetings, MER, Metrowest support
• Jack - education committee
• Ming - deacon nomination, baptism interview, support senior pastor
• Terry - BOE secretary, English & Youth Ministries support

5.    CBE project action plan/briefing package

• Concerns received regarding CBE - need more prayers; help the poor
• K.C. mentioned about five action items: (1) pray for CBE; (2) elders & deacons to present CBE to fellowship groups; (3) if #1 & #2 positive, call membership meeting in April; (4) if #3 is positive, start pledge in May with goal of $960K; and (5) set financial goal for each phase. See attachment for more details.
• K.C. showed a draft version of the presentation.

2.    事工分享/更新 (開第)

• 提出事工矩陣圖的替代方案－記錄如下。

3.    長老團職責的分享和2012年教會事工優先順序

• 明哲分享長老團的重點事項。
• 需另召開會議討論異象。

4.    2012年長老任務分配

• 召斌－會友，支持城區事工/顧問。
• 克潔－教會擴建計畫，研議教會憲章修改。
• 明治－佈道會，恩愛夫妻營，支持西區。
• 榮宗－教育委員會。
• 明哲－執事提名，受洗者面談，支持主任牧師。
• 德禮－長老團秘書，支持英文部和青少年事工。

5.    教會擴建計畫的執行方案/全盤簡介

• 對教會擴建小組的相關回應－ 需要更多的禱告；幫助貧困的人。
• 克 潔提到五個行動步驟： (1) 為擴建小組禱告；(2) 長老和執事到各個團契小組，進行教會擴建計畫的簡報；(3) 如果 #1 和 #2 得到正面回應，在四月間召開會員會議；(4) 如果#3得到正面回應，就開始在五月辦理96萬元的認獻；以及 (5) 為每一階段訂定財務目標。詳情請參閱附件。
