1. Haiguo has revised the equipment list to be purchased.
2. The BoD needs to determine a clearer set of requirements needed for the audio/visual equipment.
3. It was proposed to identify a smaller subset of absolutely necessary requirements and purchase those first, postponing the purchase of the rest of the equipment.
4. Haiguo will get the minimal level of requirements necessary from Pastor Sandy, Pastor David, and other users so that we can figure out A/V requirements moving forward.
5. Deacon Chun-Yi noted that we should figure out who will be using the rooms and the time frame in which they will need equipment.

3. There was a request to place a trailer on CBCGB property for sleeping by a private individual.

1. Deacon Joshua Chang motioned to consider allowing a trailer on CBCGB property to sleep in overnight.  Phil Sailer seconded.  The motion was defeated by a vote of 6 No versus 4 Yes.

1. 張子剛執事提議考慮允許在教會地產上設一個過夜休息的活動房，Phil Sailer附議，但投票時六票反對，四票同意，提議沒有通過。
