  2. The church has received a quote for expanding the parking area around the carriage house and church office.  The plan is to take out the tree stumps in the carriage house parking lot and add four to five parking spaces in front of the church office.
  1. Contractors will handle permitting and ensure that all regulations are followed.
  2. It was noted that this project is higher priority than replacing the main building HVAC systems, which can be done in stages over a few years.  The parking lot is narrow and there is potential for minor car accidents.
  3. Xinwen Wang motioned to approve $30,000 (which includes 10% for contingency) for the purpose of expanding the parking area around the carriage house and church office.  Shanchuan Zhao seconded.  The motion passed unanimously.
  1. Deacon Haiguo adjourned the meeting at 11:20am.
