青少年(6-12年級)請與家長一起按家庭網上報名。青少年還需要打印、填寫附加表格，交給報名組或者Minister Jennifer Lin.
The youth (6th-12th grades) are recommended to register online with their parents.
Plus, the youth are required to print out and fill in the extra youth form and bring to the registration desk
or to Minister Jennifer Lin. That mean youth needs both methods of registration.
